Your content stays yours
Privacy policy for the Peerquik TikTok publishing workspace. Updated 30 October 2026. Contact: peerquik@hotmail.com.
What we process
When you connect TikTok, we process your account identifier, nickname, username, publishing preferences, authorization tokens and token expiry dates. When you publish, we process your selected video, caption, visibility, interaction settings, commercial and AI disclosures, and publishing status.
Why we use it
We use this information to connect the account you authorize, show its available settings, send the content you explicitly approve to TikTok, and check the result. We do not sell your TikTok data or use it to train AI models.
Storage and retention
Videos are previewed locally on your device. After you press Post to TikTok, your video is uploaded to private temporary storage. TikTok retrieves it through a time-limited link. We delete it when a checked publishing result is complete or failed; a storage expiry rule also removes abandoned files after approximately one day. The storage provider may finish physical deletion later as part of its cleanup cycle. Authorization tokens are encrypted inside secure, HTTP-only cookies, which browser scripts cannot read. Cookies expire with the TikTok authorization and are renewed when required to keep your connection working. A limited post-status ticket and caption are stored in this tab’s session storage. You can clear them by closing the tab or clearing site data.
Sharing and providers
TikTok receives the content and metadata you authorize us to send, subject to TikTok’s privacy policy. Our hosting provider processes requests needed to run the service. Operational logs may contain request times, paths, IP addresses and errors; we do not intentionally log tokens or video bodies.
Website analytics
The website uses the existing Peerquik Umami and DataFast integrations to measure visits, referrers, pages viewed and product usage. These providers may process browser and request information under their own privacy practices. TikTok tokens and video files are not sent to these analytics tools by the workspace.
Your choices
You can disconnect and revoke TikTok access in the workspace or remove Peerquik from your authorized apps in TikTok settings. Clearing cookies removes the local connection but does not itself revoke TikTok’s authorization. You can ask us about access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights by email. See disconnect and deletion instructions.
Existing purchases
Earlier boilerplate and tutorial purchases remain subject to the legacy privacy policy. This policy describes the new publishing workspace only.
